TeamMarketplace is a product by Scrum Facilitators. We process as little data as possible and only use it to run the platform.

What we store

For your account we store your name, email address, optionally your organisation and job title, your language preference and your plan. If you sign in with Google we also receive your Google account id and profile picture.

For sessions we store which app was used, when, who hosted it and which participants joined. Participants without an account are stored only under the name they enter themselves.

Why we store it

To let you sign in, decide your access to apps, and find sessions back in your account. We do not sell data and we do not use it for advertising.

Cookies

Three things live in your browser. A session cookie (am_session) keeps you signed in, one cookie holds your language choice (am_locale), and local storage remembers whether you prefer the light or dark look (am_theme).

Beyond that there is no analytics, there are no tracking pixels and no ad networks. All three are needed for the site to work the way you use it, which is why the law does not require us to ask, and why you see no cookie banner.

One exception: the support chat page loads Chatlio, which is how our trainers answer your question from Slack. Chatlio sets a cookie of its own and receives your name and email address so the trainer knows who they are talking to. That happens on that one page only, and only if you have a Pro subscription.

How long

Your account stays until you delete it. Sessions and their participants are cleaned up after twelve months. Sign-in sessions expire after thirty days.

Your rights

You can request, correct or delete your data. Send us a message through the contact page and we will handle it within a month.
